Food411 is here to take on the challenges of your New Years Resolutions. Let’s review some of the more popular resolves:

Resources such as Diamond Organics & Melissa’s can ship wonderful fresh ingredients to your door. Local Harvest‘s website is a real gem. You can find you farm fresh ingredients and they also direct you to your local food co-ops. Now that you are getting the idea that Food411’s resources can easily handle #1-3, there are no excuses left to make!
On to #4 ( which also encompasses #7!)
Make time for family and friends (take time to enjoy life). This will be accomplished by simply sitting down to eat the real meals. Taking the time to cook with friends/family is also wonderful way to increase quality time.
