To savor the flavors of real jam or terrific salsas & relishes, etc without the work, click on the resources below. We also included wonderful homemade peanut butter sources because fresh jam and homemade peanut butter is one of life's greatest simple pleasures. - Harvest Song - Artisanal preserves from Armenia. Silvia Tirakian wanted to be able to share the fresh, natural tastes of her childhood. Their preserves have no pectin, no preservative, all natural. Silvia personally inspects the fruit harvests! We discovered them at the Fancy Food Show '07 . They just introduced Plum, tasted like they were just picked !
- Spoon - Melissa Chmelar strongly beleives in fresh, local ingredients. Her cafe/catering business using only handpicked, seasonal produce from upstate NY. Now the entire county has access to a few of her creations! She is offering online wonderful jams and baking mixes. We sampled her blueberry jam. Yum - just bluberries and minimal sugar. So good on pancakes or added to yogurt.
- Albemarle Farm - Farmstand jams from Kluge Estate vineyard/farm in VA. Unusal flavors, grapefruithoney, dulce de leche, kumquat, orange with cocoa bean & more.
- Frog Hollow Farm - Chutneys/conserves made with their delicious ripe fruits, a truly wonderful resource
- Colorado Mountain Jams & Jellies - Made with organic fruits from their own organic orchards, all natural, very little sugar. Old fashion jam flavors & wine jellies.
- Lou Lou's Garden - With a passion for the organic heirloom fruits, vegetables & herbs that are sustainably grown here in Northern California,their products are entirely hand-made in small batches and follow the seasons. Jams, chutneys, pickles, preserves
- Froehilch's - Homemade from local produce: jams, sauces, chutneys, salsas & preserved vegatables - signature item is their pickled green pear martini pickles!

- Three Brothers Farm - From the Romero's family farm in Louisiana their fresh ripe celeste figs are dried and then cooked with only pure fresh ingredients to produce Fig porto, whole fig preserves,fig conserve & fig/berry preserves & fig syrups.
- CMB Sweets - Jams, locally grown seasonal fruits used, made in small batches. Organic when possible. no coloring / preservatives. Wonderful flavors; olallieberry, fig sesame,vanilla-pear, kiwi-lime.

- Kathy Casey Dish D'Lish - Northwest chef's chutneys, spreads, seasonings, & sauces. We first wrote about her products on our visit to Pike Place Market ( 9/05 email). The site also includes recipes.
- Clearbrook Farms - They only use Grade-A fruit to make their preserves, butters, fillings & sauces. All fruit is grown by small, family-owned farms & the fruit is always the #1 ingredient. They also offer homemade tart shells.

- Robert Lambert - By award winning author/chef, unique artisan condiments. Perserved fruit, salt-preserved citrus, syrups, sauces. The chocoalate sauces are incredible, the unique syrups are wonderful over cheese, yogurt, etc. Try the Black Grapes in Pinot Noir Syrup over pork - heaven!!

- Berkshire Berries - Handpicked berries for jams, syrups & fresh maple syrup
- Anderson's - Pure Maple syrup, Organic Pure Maple Syrup and Apple Syrup. Family run for over 80 years.....this syrup is delicious. Please do not use the maple flavored stuff in the markets - it does not even taste like the real thing. We loved their syrup - pure delicious maple flavor!
- Mountain Fruit Company - Intense Fruit, very low sugar
- jam. - Apricot jam made from a very old, organic Blenheim apricot tree in CA. They pick the fruit & preserve it the next day, this yields a jam that we have heard has developed a cult following.
- Paulk Vineyards - Fresh picked grapes for sauces, jams, supplements
- Dorothys - Chokecherry, elderberry, and other exotic fruit jams
- Chukar Cherry Company - Fresh harvested bing cherry jam, sauces, chocolate, pie, cobbler fillings. We found them at the Seattle Pike Market.

- Volcano Island Honey - Organic Hawaiian white honey - a very unique & rare honey
- Ame's Farm - Varietal honeys. They keep 300 hives in 17 locations across Minnesota.. Origin of each jar of honey is searchable in their online database.
- Laney Honey - Varietal honey unpasteurized, unfiltered & minimally processed. This is the only way to preserve the distinctive flavors, trace minerals, vitamins, & pollen grains found in honey.

- PB Loco - Pure bliss was the feeling as we tasted these wonderful varieties of gourmet peanut butter. They use only the best european chocolates & fruits when blending their 11 flavors. All are trans-fat free. The savory Asain Curry spice is a great recipe ingredient and the Jungle Banana makes your toast sing. We really can not pick one favorite!

- Tulocay's Made in Napa Valley - What a find! Delicious homemade fruit condiments, dessert sauces, mustards, marinades, glazes, rubs , vingegars. Fresh flavors of the Napa Valley scream through these products. We were fortunate to taste them - these are products that will make eating at home delicious & easy.
- Cool Beans - An all natural white bean dip (spread or condiment). 4 flavors, a great alternative to salsa for a healthly lowfat dip, works well as a spread in wraps, as a change from hummas. A great concept from 2 brothers with a passion for food & cool beans, when a product is made with passion is shines through!
